Customer terms · effective 18 September 2026

Clear terms for defined business services.

These terms apply when a business customer buys a service from Axiom Works. Your written scope, selected package and any agreed changes form part of the agreement. If they conflict with this page, the written scope agreed for your order takes priority.

1. Who the service is for

Our services are offered to business customers. Axiom Works can be contacted at info@axiomworks.co.uk or 1 Belvedere Road, Salford, M6 5HE, United Kingdom.

2. Ordering and payment

We first confirm fit, scope, price, required inputs and the target delivery date in writing. We then issue the Stripe payment link for the agreed package. Payment is due in full before work starts. An order is accepted only after payment is verified and we confirm that the required brief and materials are complete.

Where a self-service checkout route is published on our website, ordering through it accepts these Terms. In that flow the written confirmation of fit, scope, required inputs and the target delivery date occurs after payment and before work starts, and if the service is not a fit on our published criteria we refund the payment in full under section 6.

3. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, timely feedback and any permissions needed for supplied text, images, data or other materials. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving the final work before publishing or using it.

4. Delivery and revisions

The package description and written scope define what is included. Delivery times are targets starting after verified payment and receipt of a complete brief. Each standard package includes one consolidated revision round unless the written scope says otherwise. Extra work requires a separate written quote.

5. Outcomes and third-party services

We provide the stated deliverables with reasonable care and skill, but do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, acceptance by a platform, or any other commercial outcome. Availability and rules of third-party platforms remain outside our control.

6. Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel before work begins, contact us promptly and we will refund the payment. Once work begins, any refund will reflect work already completed and non-recoverable costs disclosed in the agreed scope. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we will offer a suitable remedy or refund the affected part.

7. Rights in the work

You retain rights in materials you supply. After full payment, you may use the final deliverables for your business. We retain rights in our pre-existing methods, templates and tools. We will not present your work publicly as a case study without permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made without reviewing the delivered work.

9. Changes, complaints and law

Changes must be agreed in writing. Please send complaints to info@axiomworks.co.uk; we will acknowledge them and work toward a practical resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
