Information we use

We may use business contact details, correspondence, enquiry and order details, project materials you choose to supply, delivery records, support messages and payment status. Stripe processes card details; Axiom Works does not receive or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

We use information to answer enquiries, assess fit, prepare and perform an agreement, verify payment, deliver and support work, keep required financial and security records, prevent misuse and improve our services. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you can withdraw it.

Who receives it

We use service providers needed to operate the business, including Zoho for email, Stripe for payments, website hosting, and approved production or storage tools used for the agreed work. They receive only what is needed for their role. We do not sell personal information.

International processing

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use the safeguards made available by the provider and required by applicable data-protection law.

How long we keep it

We normally keep unanswered or inactive enquiry records for up to 12 months, working project files for 90 days after final delivery unless a longer period is agreed, and transaction or contract records for up to six years where needed for legal, tax or accounting purposes. We may keep records longer when required to resolve a dispute or comply with law.

Automation

Automation may help route enquiries, check payment status and prepare drafts. It does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you without human review.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal information. Email info@axiomworks.co.uk to make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We will update this notice when our processing changes materially and show the new effective date on this page.
